sephiroth is a soldier, and you'll see he's smart and meticulous.

i don't know how often you two plan to patrol together for, but if you notice some change in him, let me know immediately.

I’ve seen my fair share of trouble. I think I can handle him.

you'll see for yourself. there's nothing for you to worry about.

all that it is, is that i know him from years into his future, and he is a changed man.
once you meet him, the way he is now, he is perfectly fine.
...sephiroth is the best SOLDIER to have existed.

[ugh, gross. he hates saying nice things about sephiroth, but the other calling cloud out on talking shit behind his back doesn't make him feel good, either.]

if he acts any different from what you will meet him as, then that's enough cause for concern.
nothing at all might happen. it's just a precaution.
